Who We Are
FC Outreach is a faith-based support team. We are licensed by the state to help families in crisis or whose children are “at risk,” by partnering with them to get back on track.
We take a holistic approach to do four things:
Provide Resource Support
Build Social Connection
Calm the Crisis
Encourage Behavior Change

What We Do
We recruit, retain, and grow an excellent team of churches in the Florida Circuit-1 area who choose to partner with us and Northwest Florida Health Network on one of three levels:
A Trusted Source of Hope
One-off events that raise money, provide food, increase awareness, and begin learning how to provide wrap-around care for vulnerable families.
A Trained Network of Support
This is a deeper level of ministry. There is some training and qualifying involved to become part of the safety net team for at-risk families.
A Licensed Partner for Direct Care
This is a state-regulated and licensed partnership. Christian services are case management, therapy, respite care, assessments, & the like.
How It Works
DCF identifies an “at risk” home and contacts FC Outreach, Inc. to go out and support this family, connecting them with resources.
An FC Outreach Support Coordinator meets the family and creates a safety plan to strengthen the individuals and the home.
Participating families are connected to churches in the Circuit-1 area and offered social connection and resources building a new support system for long-term change.

If you want to make a contribution to FC Outreach, 100% of the funds will go to bless families in the Circuit-1 area.
